I am a German farmer in Uganda, specializing in the production and sale of Fairtrade vanilla and avocado for the UAE and Germany. Sustainability and ecology are our top priorities. I have been living in Uganda since 2024 and I have my farms in the Mbale region in the east of the country about 6 hours from the capital Kampala. Born in Berlin and raised in Munich, I founded several successful companies in different countries such as Germany, Poland, Romania and Dubai after my business studies. Through a trade in gold I came to Uganda in 2024 and immediately fell in love with this country with its still inexhaustible possibilities. Through my companies in Dubai in the HR and health care sector, I was able to quickly establish contacts with the food trade there and decided to start a new company in Uganda with a focus and trade in avocado and vanilla. It is very important to me that we meet the demands of our customers for the highest quality. That is why I only sell Hass avocado and Bourbon vanilla so that our customers in the UAE and Germany also receive known quality and certificates for their market.
